HOW TO REQUEST LEAD REPLACEMENTS WITHIN YOUR CRM

  • Select the Lead Replacement tab on the left tool bar of your CRM (or click the button below)
  • ​Follow directions on the form by entering your information and listing all leads that fit our policy
  • ​Submit your form 

We will replace leads that fit our policy. Before placing an order please make sure you have read our policies so you have proper expectations on what leads we will replace.  
Please follow the instructions outlined in your post purchase email.

**IMPORTANT: Because MP Leads are considered a 'Special Category' on Facebook, we are not allowed to ask DOB or age.  For this reason, we cannot replace leads based on age.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

We will refund any orders if cancelled within 2 hours of receiving your order.  If after 2 hours, it's likely we have begun working on your campaign.  Due to the fact that we cannot get reimbursed for our work or leads generated via Facebook, all sales are final unless canceled within 2 hours.

We do do everything on our end to ensure that your leads are within your desired parameters, but sometimes Facebook has a mind of its own, and unfortunately it is out of our control. This is why we will replace, free of charge. 

To save time, we try to send extra leads to cover the need for replacements.

BEFORE emailing us, please wait until you have received all leads. Wait about a day, then check to see how many extra leads we have already sent. If you still need replacements, please email us with the lead's full name in one email. Email us at: Hello@happyagentleads.com
