What kind of leads are these?
These are Facebook leads. Happy Agent Leads are leads generated organically on Facebook. 
When you place your order, we set up a Facebook Advertising Campaign for you from scratch, to target seniors/and others in your location. After FB approves it, our ads about Affordable Final Expense, Non Med Term Life, and Mortgage Protection Insurance begin to show on people's newsfeeds in an organic fashion in between their friends' and families' posts. They can scroll right past it, or if it strikes interest, they will click on it. From there it takes them to a questionnaire in which they have to fill out.

After they have filled it out 100% in its entirety AND click the submit button (nothing will be submitted unless all info is filled in, and they have to manually click submit), our software is set up so that their information is sent to you within seconds via your CRM, Text, Email, Updated Google Spreadsheet, and Printable Lead Card.

In the advertisement, we encourage prospects to click to see if they qualify. After they click the ad, they will fill out their information, press submit, and you will immediately receive it.

  • Statewide and Local: ​​Duplicate Leads Sent by US only. With Pro and Platinum Leads this does occur more often because Seniors click the submit button more than once. They also tend to fill out the questionnaire more than once. DON'T WORRY we will replace these.


Our Leads are 100% Exclusive.  This means that when you place your order, we set up a campaign for YOU and send the leads that are organically generated to YOU ONLY.  We do not ever share or re-sell your leads. EVER. 

Please note that Seniors are not exclusive to you. Anyone who submits their information to you can also freely submit their information anywhere else. We cannot prevent them from doing so. If someone else has your leads information it is the direct result of that lead submitting their information to them as well. You are not the only agent who buys leads and we aren't the only FEX advertiser. Competition is unavoidable.


After your campaign is running, and seniors begin to fill out the questionnaire, the leads will immediately be sent to you in the following formats:
  • ​IMPORTED into your CRM in real time
  • EMAIL - (Inside of your email you will receive your Google Spreadsheet link and the link to your folder which holds the lead cards).


STATEWIDE (For Telesales or Virtual Sales):   We target the ENTIRE State.  We cannot narrow down the targeting with this option.  Leads will come in from anywhere in your state.  

LOCAL (Face to Face Agents): 
For Local orders by default we target a MINIMUM of a 25 Mile radius around any target location you provide, whether it is a zip code, city, or County.  We typically cannot target by county only, as it doesn't provide enough of a population.  We will try to at first, but if needed, we will expand the radius to include the surrounding population.

For Final Expense Leads: We target ages 50-85 by default.  

For Non Med Term and Mortgage Protection we target 25+ 


We fulfill all orders in the order they are received.  We always set your campaign up as quickly as we can, but there are other factors involved. Sometimes it takes longer for Facebook to approve campaigns.   

On average you will begin receiving leads in about 24-36 hours after you place your order.  Please allow 1-4 days.

After leads begin flowing, Local orders usually take about 2-4 days to complete, while Statewide orders can be faster- 2-3 days to complete.  This all depends on your area and how many leads you ordered.

You have the option to purchase Speed Pass which allows you to jump the line. If Speed Pass is purchased before 4:30pm CST your order will be set up that day. 


You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.  After this, there are no refunds as we have already begun working on your campaign.  

We are charged by Facebook in real time every time a lead is generated, and we cannot be reimbursed by Facebook.  

Please do not order with us without reading our Lead Replacement Policy first.

If you want leads coming in over the weekend, please place your order by Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders will not be set up until Monday. If purchased with Speed Pass you will be moved to priority for Monday.

Can I Schedule Orders in Advance

Yes, please put your requested start date/time in the Special Requests section when you check out. As long as the start time is at least 24 hours after you place your order (on a weekday), we can accommodate. 
Please note that we can't make leads come in EXACTLY at any time, but we can have it start to run morning/afternoon/night on the requested date.

Can I Change My Order

If you immediately email us after your order has been placed, YES. If your campaign has already been created, NO.

Making targeting changes or type of lead changes requires starting over from scratch.

If you need us to change your contact information, i.e. phone number/email address, yes, we can accommodate your change. However, we will not change any of the previous data that was generated before the change.

How do I request replacements?
Our goal is to get your extra leads to you as soon as possible. Please see below for instructions.

Request Replacements from Within Your CRM
Please submit your lead replacement request form located inside your CRM. On the left side column click on the tab Lead Replacements. From here you can list all of the leads you wish to be replaced and that will get sent to us. Please put ALL leads on this form. 
Wait until the majority of your leads have come in, then send us ONE email listing all replacement requests WITH the reason for the request. We need to know why the lead needs to be replaced. Email us at

Important: Please DO NOT send us a single email or single form every time you need a replacement. These emails get lost in the shuffle and will cause confusion, and make it take longer to piece it all together on our end.

Can I provide more than one state on my statewide order?

I am getting leads that are far away or out of my state!?
We target exactly as requested. We exclude border states, and target English speakers by default unless otherwise requested. Please note that it is common to receive leads outside of your targeted area. This is completely out of our control. Sometimes people share our ads with friends on Facebook and they fill out the forms. Or sometimes Facebook just has a mind of its own and finds leads from elsewhere- ESPECIALLY if your state is small and your zip/city is close to border states. Don't worry. This is why we have a replacement policy.
Do you have a script?
Yes, we have a script for Final Expense, Life, Mortgage Protection, Medicare, Health, and Health ACA Insurance. When logged into your CRM you will see a Blue Button that says "Scripts." Click that and you can easily access the script you want. The script also will stay open while using the dialer or Power dialer! If you are not logged in to your CRM, you can access it here:

What information is given to leads?

By Default, we do not ever provide your Name or Contact Information, unless requested by you.

After they have submitted their information, we tell them that it looks like they are PRE Qualified for the program, but their licensed state representative will contact them to discuss further details.  

At this point they are done with the process, unless you have to us to include your Calendar link. If you told us which Calendar to drive them to in your CRM, we create a button so your prospects can take it a step further and schedule an appointment. 

I’m getting texts and emails but I don’t see my leads on my spreadsheet. Where are my leads?

If this is not your first order with us, in order to stay organized, we have put your leads on a new “sheet” of your spreadsheet. Here’s how to find your new sheet.
1. Click your spreadsheet to open it.  
2. Wait a second for it to load. Don’t scroll.  
3. After it loads, just LOOK at the very bottom of your page. You’ll see a row at the bottom of the page with your tabs that contain order dates and quantity of leads. Click any tab with the order date you want to access. Every new order will be on a new sheet with your order date.

How do you target?
For all local orders we start at 25 miles. Some areas are insanely competitive, have low populations, and nearly impossible to get leads.​​​ In these cases we increase the radius to 30-35. In rare cases we increase to 50 miles.

**Please note that we ALWAYS exclude surrounding states and any areas you've requested to be excluded. We target English as the language (for non Spanish campaigns), but Facebook is software and it has glitches. You MAY receive leads that are far away or out of state. We realize this is frustrating. Relax. Stay calm. This is why we have a replacement policy.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?
